David is an experienced former PwC senior professional with a consistent record of high-quality client service delivery and fluency in business processes and information technology. Clients have included private startups through mature Fortune 5 companies in multiple industries.

David specializes in risk management consulting, specifically in the areas of: risk assessment, control design, monitoring and governance. He has led engagement teams in assessing, designing, and implementing business process and information technology controls focusing on a tight integration between the two, as well as optimization and risk alignment. He has worked at a detailed level in specialized areas including security strategy, privacy, internal audit, identity management, data management, and anti-fraud programs. 

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California and Nevada and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He also is a member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA), the California Society of CPA’s (CSCPA), Nevada State Board of CPA’s, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
